Petticoat Government with Rachel Whitaker of Shiloh Museum In-Person

Explore Arkansas' rich political history with a learning lecture by Rachel Whitaker, historian with the Shiloh Museum. Rachel will deliver the history of the Winslow Petticoat Government. This learning opportunity will examine voting laws and prominent figures in Arkansas' first Petticoat Government. Join us in the Springdale room of the Springdale Public Library, Monday, October 19th at 6pm.
