Student Passive Volunteer Kit (grades 6-12) In-Person
Ms. Jen wants feedback from our students (grades 6-12)! For the month of December, we will be setting our goals and expectations for 2026! Answers can be handwritten or typed, emailed to Ms. Jen or dropped off at the library. If you drop them off at the library, you are required to put your name on it. Hours will not be given to print submissions without a name.
How it works:
1) Register to participate.
2) Visit the library and pick up the handout.
3) Complete the activity before the end of the month.
4) Return the it to the library the end of the month.
Ms. Jen will email out letters for proof of hours by the 6th of the following month. Completed submissions are worth 3 hours of volunteer (community) service per person.
Activity Questions:
1) Through volunteering, we work on communication, accountability, following directions, being creative and unique, and our basic literacy skills. It is very important to Ms. Jen that you benefit from volunteering at the library. What are some things you would like to work on through volunteering at the library in 2026?
2) What do you love most about volunteering at the library?
3) What do you love the least about volunteering at the library?
