Student Passive Volunteer Kit (Grades 6 - 12) In-Person

Want to volunteer but can't make it to the Library? You can register and earn volunteer hours through the monthly Student Passive Volunteer kit! For the month of February, we will be decorating solar glasses for the children in the Springdale Head Start Program. This will allow those children to see the solar eclipse on Monday, April 8. Each registrant gets 1 kit and each returned kit earns 3 hours (the maximum hours earned per registrant is 3 hours).

If you need proof of your hours, please contact Ms. Jen at jjohnson@springdalelibrary.org.

Each kit will include the 2 sets of the eye glass shapes and markers. Eye glasses do not need to be cut out (Ms. Jen will do that).
