Young Authors In-Person

Are you an aspiring writer in elementary school? Do you want to write your own picture book over the summer? Join us for a one-time meeting where you'll learn more about the elements of a good story (plot, character, setting) and how to make a great picture book. You'll be given the tools you need to write your own picture book--including your very own blank book to write in! Then, at home, you'll write your story and return your completed picture book to the library.

Return your completed picture book to the library by July 15th to be included in a display in the Children's area!
